Group concluded that two or three books could be possible. They include:
Biography
Collector Guide
Exhibition Catalog (coincides with the 2009 RW SF Airport Museum exhibition)

Biography-"Racy", clear voice storytelling. Look at the writing style of "Mockingbird: A Portrait of Harper Lee" by Charles Shields. A number of publishing models will be accessed. However, it appears that for consistency in the writing, a single author is perhaps the best option.
STATUS-Anne currently researching resources. Group to support when needed.
Collectors Guide-Schiffer price guide format based on Keller/Ross RW book. Updated content to include all RW product lines. Consider editorial model w/authoring of sections contributed by "subject matter" experts. (i.e. G. Mauer/textiles, P. Dobson/furniture,Cindy Fahnestock/plastic)
STATUS: McKinley to lead next round of exploration.
Catalog-McKinley working with SFO on possible grant via NEA for publishing exhibition catalog in 2009 or later if exhibition travels. Essays written by Robert and his consulting team (Robert Schonfeld and Hitosh Mori) for the Russel Wright: Living with Good Design exhibition could be used as content for the catalog.
STATUS: McKinley to meet with SFO museum project team to discuss feasibility of publishing a show catalog at next status meeting slated for early December.
